Alex Lund is an asset to any team looking to connect, grow, and push creative boundaries, all while having the best time. Alex is a dynamic dancer, teacher, and choreographer from San Luis Obispo, California with a lifelong dedication to her craft. Alex has danced both competitively and professionally, earning accolades and recognition for her talent and creativity.

Growing up in the convention and competition world, Alex earned three national solo titles and forged meaningful connections with renowned industry leaders. These opportunities led to impressive credits, including performances on Dancing with the Stars, The Voice, and with artists like Justin Bieber, Zendaya, and Jason Derulo. Alex began her professional choreography journey at just 15, and her studio routines have since garnered 10 regional and 6 national titles. Known for her musicality and ability to bring out the best in her dancers, she blends technical precision with emotional storytelling, elevating every routine she creates.

A graduate of Syracuse University with a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Entrepreneurship, Alex demonstrated her leadership and visionary approach during her time on the Syracuse University Dance Team. Serving as captain for two years, she broke program history, leading the team to its first-ever NDA finals appearance and a top-10 placement. Her role extended beyond leadership as she served as assistant choreographer for the team’s 2023 and 2024 Hip Hop nationals routines and set many gameday performances. 

Alex specializes in Hip Hop, Contemporary, Jazz, and Team Performance. Her choreographic style is marked by a deep understanding of music, movement, and connection. She aspires to continue growing her repertoire, sharing her passion and vision with athletes and coaches around the world.
