HAYLEE HOLLAND
JAZZ, HIP HOP, POM, TEAM PERFORMANCE
Haylee Holland was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She grew up dancing competitively in both the studio realm and dance team side of the industry. She trained in pom, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, ballroom, and ballet at Gotta Dance Company in Peoria, Arizona. She was a four-year captain of her high school varsity pom team where she became a four-time regional champion, two-time state champion, and placed among the top 4 consistently at USA Nationals. She also started assisting and choreographing at local studios at the age of 14 and was Valedictorian of her graduating class.
Haylee then went on to become a three-year member and captain of the nationally ranked, world champion Arizona State University Dance Team. During her time with ASU, she consecutively placed among the top 4 at UDA Nationals. During her junior and senior year, ASU placed 3rd amongst the talent in D1A Jazz and she also had the privilege to choreograph the team’s 2020 national pom routine her senior year, where it placed 4th in D1A Pom (only their second year ever in the category). She also choreographed the team’s 2019 home routine, where it placed 1st at UDA Camp in Estes Park, CO! In 2020, Haylee graduated Summa Cum Laude from Barrett the Honors College at ASU with her bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering and minor in Business Administration.
After graduation, Haylee was first introduced to the TRIBE 99 family when she spent the summer as a marketing intern, helping with the first-ever virtual Combine/Expo in 2020. She then continued her passion for choreography. Her work this year has earned her teams: NDTC finals appearances in the pom, jazz, and game day category, Back to back national championship title in the intermediate pom division with Shadow Ridge High School at USA Nationals, National Runner Ups in the medium advanced pom division with Mountain Ridge High School at USA Nationals, Top 3 placement in D1A Pom division with the Penn State Lionettes at UDA College Nationals, National Runner Ups in College Spirit Program Game Day Live with the Demons Deacons of Wake Forest University
Haylee is so ecstatic about the opportunity to develop relationships and work with talented dancers across the nation! She is highly motivated to put out the best work/extra-mile effort for her dancers and coaches to reach their goals. Haylee can’t wait to share her passion for dance with the TRIBE family!
