Sami Deakin grew up dancing at Starz Dance Academy in Muskego, WI, where she was trained in pom, jazz, lyrical, and ballet. She helped her team win numerous National Championships and a World Championship during her time in the All-Star circuit. 

Sami recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 2023 with a Masters in Accounting, and was a 5 year member and 4 year captain of the Wisconsin Dance Team. As a captain, Sami contributed to choreography of fight songs, time-out performances, and Home Routines at UDA College Camp, while leading the team to successful performances at UDA College Nationals each year.

This is Sami’s 5th year with Tribe 99 choreographing for dance teams and studios across the country. This past year with Tribe 99, Sami had a very successful season with her teams winning multiple state titles and a national championship at UDA High School Nationals. Sami is a driven dancer and choreographer, and can’t wait to share her passion with each and every client this season!
